Description
Digital Products focuses on the application of practical skills to provide creative solutions to communication tasks. A great emphasis is placed on graphic design principles and small business branding.
Students use Adobe creative suite applications and other online creative apps to generate solutions to meet a range of real world promotional needs. Marketing for social media is studied extensively. Students develop work ranging from print advertisements to thinking in 3D with packaging to designing digital apps and animated adverts.
Opportunities will be made for all students to attend interactive workshops on how to run a successful market stall and potentially host at the Youth Market run by the local council.

This subject is recommended for students who would like to develop skills related to graphic design, the print industry fashion design and small business.
Students needing to develop a portfolio for VET or uni courses in media, arts, design based fields often find this course beneficial.
Personal entrepreneurial task (side hustle) can be supported with negotiation.
