DescriptionThe class has a strong focus on Aboriginal culture and is taught through culturally responsive pedagogies. The aim is to improve the literacy of ATSI students through engaging activities in a safe environment.

This subject develops a range of skills including listening, reading, viewing, speaking and writing. Lessons focus on explicit development of skills including reading, comprehension, grammar, punctuation, spelling, structure and vocabulary development.
